“When you were recommended to me by B. Hill, I was pretty depleted. I was overwhelmed. I had to move my business and my home from King County to Northern Snohomish County. I had to move my storeroom in Ballard, out of my brother's basement in Hawthorne Hills, and out of a friend's house in Lynnwood.
You came to my rescue. When I showed up on move day at 9AM, you already had the two men with a truck there loading, had called my friend volunteers, had all the utilities turned on at my new-construction home. You had maps and printouts for all to get to Crosswater, and had it all moved by 3PM.
You also had the paper curtains and valances up on the windows so I had privacy that night. That meant a lot to me, and saved me a lot of money. You measured the new windows ahead of time and visited my new home so you knew what was needed.
You had a laminated list for me of who, when and how much the utilities would run. That was great and will come in handy. You told me when my trash and recycle cans would arrive.
I can't really name all you did to make this major move easier in my life. Thank you for the gift for my bathroom as a token of your caring and friendship. Thank you for arranging for the handyman to come hang pictures for me. He is coming again to mow the new lawn until I buy a mower.
